The Plate Carrier TQR 2.0 is made of 500 denier laminated Cordura , a material 35 to 40% lighter than traditional MOLLE webbing systems. This weight reduction significantly decreases fatigue while carrying the load, while ensuring excellent durability.
The laminate is composed of two layers of 500D Cordura , offering an extremely strong, flexible and thin structure, up to 15 times stronger than steel of equal mass.

Designed to offer optimal mobility over long periods , the laminated fabric of the TQR 2.0 is water-resistant, abrasion-resistant and has high tear resistance, ensuring long-lasting reliability in the most demanding environments.

Cordura 500D: performance and robustness

Cordura 500 is a high-performance fabric made from polyamide 6.6 yarn, designed to withstand intense mechanical wear. Its resistance to tearing, scuffing, and abrasion makes it a preferred material for military and tactical equipment.

2M Quick Release System

The TQR 2.0 incorporates a 2M (Italy) quick release system on the shoulder straps and cummerbund.

Ergonomic shoulder pads

The shoulder pads feature foam padding to reduce pressure on the shoulders during long missions.
They also feature laser-cut MOLLE slots allowing the passage of communication cables or hydration tubes, thus optimizing comfort and equipment management.
